Yerel oyun verileri: Oyun ilerlemesi, en yüksek skor, oyun içi ayarlar, Jeton ve Chaos Credit bakiyesi, sahip olunan tema ve hat görünümleri ile benzeri oyun verileri cihazda localStorage veya benzeri yerel saklama yöntemleriyle tutulabilir. Bu veriler geliştirici sunucusuna gönderilmez.
Veriler şu amaçlarla işlenebilir: oyunun düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak, oyun ilerlemesini cihazda saklamak, reklam göstermek, ödüllü reklam ödüllerini uygulamak, uygulama içi satın alma işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek, reklamsız oyun hakkını etkinleştirmek, hataları önlemek ve yasal yükümlülüklere uymak.

Cihazda saklanan oyun ilerlemesi, uygulama silinene, cihaz verileri temizlenene veya kullanıcı oyun verilerini sıfırlayana kadar saklanabilir. Geliştirici sunucusunda kullanıcı hesabı veya ilerleme verisi tutulmadığı için bu veriler cihaz dışına aktarılmaz.
Reklam ve satın alma ile ilgili veriler Google AdMob ve Apple tarafından kendi veri saklama politikalarına göre saklanabilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS mobile game Chaos Point handles user data. Chaos Point is a dot-connecting puzzle mobile game. The app does not create user accounts, does not include a login system, and does not directly collect email addresses, names, or similar contact information.
Game progress is stored only locally on the user's device. No game progress or user account data is sent to a developer-owned server.
The app does not directly collect user account data. However, because the app includes advertising and in-app purchases, certain data may be processed by third-party service providers.
Advertising data: Chaos Point may show interstitial ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may process the device advertising identifier, IDFA, device information, ad interactions, approximate location, and similar advertising or analytics data according to its own policies. Ad personalization depends on the user's device settings, App Tracking Transparency permission, and applicable legal requirements.
Purchase data: Chaos Point offers in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit. Purchases are processed by Apple. The developer does not view or store payment card details or similar financial information. Apple may process purchase history, transaction identifiers, receipts, and payment-related information according to its own policies.
Local game data: Game progress, high score, in-game settings, Coin and Chaos Credit balances, owned themes and line skins, and similar game data may be stored on the device using localStorage or similar local storage methods. This data is not sent to a developer server.
Data may be used to operate the game, store game progress locally, display ads, grant rewarded ad rewards, process in-app purchases, enable the permanent ad-free product, prevent errors, and comply with legal obligations.
The app may use the following third-party services:
Google AdMob: Used for ad display, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, ad measurement, and ad personalization.
Apple StoreKit and App Store: Used to process and verify in-app purchases, Chaos Credit packages, and the permanent ad-free game product.
The data practices of these third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. Users may manage Google and Apple privacy settings through their device settings and related service accounts.
Chaos Point may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt on iOS. If the user grants permission, the advertising identifier known as IDFA may be used for ad measurement or personalized advertising. If the user denies permission, the app cannot access the IDFA and the advertising experience may be non-personalized or limited.
Users may change tracking permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Chaos Point may be played by children. The developer does not knowingly collect names, email addresses, account information, or similar personal information directly from children under 13. The app does not include a user account or login system.
If the app is offered as child-directed or if a user is known to be under the applicable child age threshold in their country, personalized advertising and tracking activities should only be used as permitted by applicable law and with any required parental consent.
