Chaos Point uygulamasını indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
Chaos Point, iOS için geliştirilmiş nokta birleştirme ve bulmaca türünde bir mobil oyundur. Oyunda skor tabanlı oynanış, oyun içi sanal para birimleri, temalar, hat görünümleri, reklamlar, ödüllü reklamlar ve uygulama içi satın alma ürünleri bulunabilir.
Geliştirici, size Chaos Point uygulamasını kişisel, sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı kapsamında kullanma hakkı verir. Uygulama satılmaz; yalnızca bu koşullara uygun şekilde kullanmanız için lisanslanır.
Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz, dağıtamaz veya yetkisiz ticari amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
Chaos Point, Apple StoreKit üzerinden uygulama içi satın alma sunabilir. Satın alma ürünleri tüketilebilir Chaos Credit paketleri ve kalıcı reklamsız oyun ürünü olabilir. Tüm satın alma işlemleri Apple App Store ödeme sistemi üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
Satın alma işlemlerinde ödeme, iTunes/App Store hesabınız veya Apple hesabınız üzerinden yapılır. Satın alma, iade ve ödeme uyuşmazlıkları Apple'ın App Store kurallarına ve politikalarına tabidir.
Jeton ve Chaos Credit, yalnızca Chaos Point içinde kullanılabilen sanal oyun para birimleridir. Jeton oyun içinde kazanılabilir; Chaos Credit gerçek para ile satın alınabilir. Bu birimler gerçek para değildir, gerçek para karşılığında bozdurulamaz, nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez, başka bir hesaba aktarılamaz ve uygulama dışında herhangi bir değeri yoktur.
Chaos Credit paketleri tüketilebilir dijital ürünlerdir. Kullanıldıktan veya hesaba eklendikten sonra iade edilmez; ancak yasal haklarınız ve Apple App Store iade politikaları saklıdır.
Kalıcı reklamsız oyun ürünü satın alındığında, desteklenen reklam türleri uygulama içinde kaldırılabilir. Ancak bazı teknik durumlarda, ödüllü reklam gibi isteğe bağlı reklam özellikleri veya üçüncü taraf kaynaklı geçici sorunlar farklı davranabilir. Geliştirici, reklamsız deneyimi makul şekilde sağlamaya çalışır.
Chaos Point, Google AdMob aracılığıyla geçiş reklamları ve ödüllü reklamlar gösterebilir. Ödüllü reklamlar, kullanıcı reklamı izlemeyi tercih ettiğinde oyun içi ödül sağlayabilir. Reklamların içeriği üçüncü taraf reklam sağlayıcıları tarafından belirlenebilir.
Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmalısınız. Uygulamanın güvenliğini, işleyişini veya diğer kullanıcıların deneyimini bozacak davranışlarda bulunamazsınız. Hile, yetkisiz değişiklik, sahte satın alma, uygulama dosyalarını manipüle etme veya uygulamanın kötüye kullanımı yasaktır.
Chaos Point uygulamasındaki oyun adı, görseller, tasarımlar, kodlar, sesler, ikonlar, oyun mekanikleri, metinler ve diğer tüm içerikler geliştiriciye veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Bu içerikler izinsiz kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
Chaos Point kullanıcı hesabı veya giriş sistemi içermez. Ancak geliştirici, uygulamanın kötüye kullanılması, hile yapılması, yasalara aykırı kullanım veya bu koşulların ihlali durumunda uygulamaya erişimi sınırlama, özellikleri değiştirme veya desteği sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, güvenli veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama güncellemeleri, teknik sorunlar, cihaz uyumsuzlukları veya üçüncü taraf servis kesintileri nedeniyle geçici sorunlar yaşanabilir.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde geliştirici; uygulamanın kullanımından, kullanılamamasından, veri kaybından, cihaz sorunlarından, satın alma sorunlarından veya üçüncü taraf servislerden doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Geliştirici, uygulamayı, özellikleri, fiyatları, sanal ürünleri, reklam gösterimini veya bu Kullanım Koşullarını zaman zaman değiştirebilir. Güncellenmiş koşullar yayımlandığında yürürlüğe girer. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç olmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına göre yorumlanır. Zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları ve bulunduğunuz ülkede geçerli emredici yasal haklarınız saklıdır.

By downloading, installing, or using Chaos Point, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.
Chaos Point is a dot-connecting puzzle mobile game developed for iOS. The game may include score-based gameplay, in-game virtual currencies, themes, line skins, ads, rewarded ads, and in-app purchase products.
The developer grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Chaos Point. The app is not sold to you; it is licensed for use only in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Chaos Point may offer in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit. Purchase products may include consumable Chaos Credit packages and a permanent ad-free game product. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store payment system.
Payments are charged to your iTunes/App Store account or Apple account. Purchases, refunds, and payment disputes are subject to Apple's App Store rules and policies.
Coins and Chaos Credit are virtual in-game currencies that can only be used within Chaos Point. Coins can be earned in the game; Chaos Credit can be purchased with real money. These currencies are not real money, cannot be redeemed for real money, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be assigned to another account, and have no value outside the app.
Chaos Credit packages are consumable digital products. Once used or credited, they are non-refundable, except as required by law or under Apple App Store refund policies.
When the permanent ad-free game product is purchased, supported ad types may be removed from the app. However, in some technical situations, optional ad features such as rewarded ads or temporary third-party service issues may behave differently. The developer will use reasonable efforts to provide the ad-free experience.
Chaos Point may show interstitial ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may grant in-game rewards when the user chooses to watch an ad. Ad content may be provided by third-party advertising providers.
You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You may not interfere with the security, operation, or experience of the app. Cheating, unauthorized modifications, fake purchases, manipulation of app files, or misuse of the app are prohibited.
The Chaos Point app, including its name, artwork, designs, code, sounds, icons, gameplay elements, text, and other content, is owned by the developer or the relevant rights holders. Such content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Chaos Point does not include a user account or login system. However, the developer reserves the right to limit access, modify features, or discontinue support if the app is misused, cheated, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Temporary issues may occur due to updates, technical problems, device incompatibility, or third-party service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, data loss, device issues, purchase issues, or third-party services.
The developer may change the app, features, prices, virtual products, ad display, or these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules and any mandatory legal rights in your country remain unaffected.
